Tribbles are small creatures that eat a lot and reproduce even more. They vary in color from white to black. A good many of them are different shades of tan and brown.
They aren’t very intelligent. They have no head or teeth. They emit high-pitch squealing when in pain or around an alien species they don’t care for.
Tribbles are asexual. There is only one Tribble gender. They can reproduce at will. The rate of reproduction depends on how much they eat.
Tribbles are born pregnant. They can produce a little of about 10 every 12 hours. Tribbles can quickly wreck havoc on a planet’s ecosystem.
The Tribbles do not like the Klingons. The Klingons would later go on and wipe out the Tribble homeworld. In 2373, Captain Benjamin Sisko and members of his crew from the Deep Space Nine would bring Tribbles into the future after going into the past to stop a Klingon spy.
